Instead of refined flours, we use nutritious and flavorful alternatives. Our homemade yucca crust, made from cassava root, is delightfully crispy and light, while our fresh artisanal pasta is crafted from rice flour and buckwheat for a soft, rich texture. Prefer a completely low-carb option? We can easily substitute the pasta with courgetti or sweet potato noodles.

Epiphany Vanderhaeghen, the driving force behind Epiphany’s Kitchen, grew up in a world infused with creativity and imagination. As the daughter of the iconic fashion designer Kaat Tilley, she learned from a young age the importance of chasing dreams and integrating beauty into everyday life.
She has translated that same magical atmosphere into the interior of Epiphany’s Kitchen: an enchanting space that exudes warmth and inspiration.
