Epiphany’s kitchen is 100% gluten free, the basic preparations are also vegan and therefore are free of dairy. You can always choose to add meat, fish or cheese to your dish, if desired.
We also try to work low carb by using vegetables instead of refined carbohydrates.
For example, we use yucca root for our pizza crusts instead of flour.
